This incredible property overlooks Great Cruz Bay and is nestled in a quiet neigborhood only 5 minutes from town, and 15 minutes to St. John's incredible beaches.

This Great Cruz Bay neighborhood is a favorite for those who like to walk/run on island. There is a private neighborhood landing below the property and the Westin is a quick walk from the house.

Villa Jolly Mon is one of few homes on-island with an expansive, flat yard and has a large, private peanut-shaped swimming pool that goes up to 10 feet. With mango trees and coconut trees lining the property you will truly feel like you are in paradise. Most afternoons our resident Iguanas make their way out to the pool deck to get some sun. If you look closely you can also catch hummingbirds hanging out down by the pool.

Evenings boast beautiful sunsets which can be watched from the living area or upper balconies.
