50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation 

The remaining amount is to be paid 60 days before arrival.

Security Deposit: ​

A pre-authorization of $1,000 is held before arrival and voided 7 days after departure

​Cancellation Policy: 

All prepaid payments are non-refundable

Must be 25 years of age to book

No events or parties

Quiet hours observed
